Zoya Kristen

Hey everyone!
I hope you all had a great weekend! I just have a quick post for you all today with some swatches of Zoya's Kristen!

Kristen is an awesome light blue color with a slight hint of gray to it. This looks fairly gray in the bottle, but looks much more blue on the nails. The formula for this one was perfect! This applied really smooth and I only had to use two coats. Here are some pictures:

Zoya Paz

Hey everyone!

Today I have some swatches of Zoya's Paz to share with you all! I picked this polish up in Zoya's most recent buy three, get three free sale. I've been really into neon shades lately and figured this would be a fun color to wear for the summer, so that's why I decided to try this one out!

Paz is a bright neon orange creme. This color looks a lot like an orange safety cone. This polish applied awesome, but like most neon shades, it was a little bit on the thinner side. After using three coats my nail line was still visible, so if that would bother you, you might end up having to use four coats. This dried matte, so a top coat is necessary if you want your nails to shine.

Jet Set to Paris and Green with Envy tape and dot manicure

Hey everyone!

Today I have a bright tape and dot manicure to share with you all! To create this, I used Loreal's Jet Set to Paris and Sally Hansen's Green with Envy from the Xtreme Wear line. I like the design for this, but it was almost too bright for me, so I will probably end up recreating this with some pastel colors in the future.

Revlon Lilac Pastelle

Hey everyone!

Today I have some swatches of Revlon's Lilac Pastelle to share with you all! Lilac Pastelle is a milky light pink creme. This color is kind of similar to China Glaze's Sweet Hook, which I posted about last Friday. The only difference is that Sweet Hook has a slight hint of purple to it. I really love this color, and it will definitely be perfect to wear this Spring!

Like the majority of Revlon polishes I've tried, the formula for this one was a little bit watery, which caused it to apply somewhat streaky. I had to use three coats to reach full opacity.

I purchased this at Target for about $1.50.

China Glaze Sweet Hook

Hey everyone!

Happy Friday! Today, I have some swatches of China Glaze's Sweet Hook from the Electropop collection to share with you all! Sweet Hook is a beautiful light lilac creme. This applied really smooth, and was completely opaque in two coats.

I got this polish on Amazon. If you want one for yourself, here's the link:

China Glaze Pool Party

Hey everyone!

Today, I have some swatches of China Glaze's Pool Party to share with you all! Pool Party is a neon hot pink color. This polish is super bright, and would definitely be a fun shade to wear in the summer. The formula for this one was great! I had absolutely no problems applying it, and it was completely opaque in two coats. This polish does dry matte though, so a top coat is necessary if you like your nails shiny. Here are some pictures:

Finger Paints Art You Wondering

Hey everyone!

Today I have some swatches of Finger Paint's Art You Wondering to share with you all! Art You Wondering is an awesome teal/green and blue micro glitter in a clear base. This was a little bit thicker than your average glitter polish, but it applied great. This dried a little dull, so a top coat is necessary. I used three coats.

Wet Cement Stamping!

Hey everyone!

The other day I decided to try some stamping again. I ended up wearing Sally Hansen's Wet Cement from the Xtreme Wear line and stamped Revlon's Chic over it using BM-10. I felt like I had a much easier time using the stamp than in the past. I was able to position the stamp a lot straighter than normal, but I still had a hard time covering my whole nail with the design. Here are some pictures:
