Born Pretty Vintage Cross Double Finger Ring!

Hey everyone!

Born Pretty recently sent me a ring to try out that I want to share with you all! This ring is so awesome looking! I think the cross is the perfect size and I could wear this ring with any outfit. It's adjustable and fits on both fingers comfortably. Born Pretty sells it for $2.31, so I was really surprised how thick and sturdy this is considering the cheap price.

Thanksgiving Clouds!

Hey everyone!

Happy Thanksgiving! I was planning on pre-scheduling this post so I wouldn't be here in my Grandma's kitchen hovering over my computer, but I forgot, so here I am!

Since it's a holiday, I will keep this brief! My favorite nail design to create is cloud nails, so I decided to put a Thanksgiving twist on them. They're super easy to do and are really cute. To create this look, I used OPI's Suzi Loves Cowboys, Nails Inc's St. Pancras, and Nails Inc's Fenchurch Street.

My Favorite Nail Supplies: Nail Dotting Pens

Hey everyone!

I'm starting a new series that highlights some of my favorite nail products that I use! The first product I love to use and would recommend are these Nail Dotting Pens.

These pens are, in my opinion, probably the easiest way to create nail art. I just pick whatever size dots I would like on my nails, dip the pen in the polish of my choice, and lightly dab it on the nail! These are also super affordable, and retail for $1.90 on Amazon! (Free Shipping too!!) If you're interested in picking these up, you can here.

Incoco Staccato

Hey everyone!

I used some more of my Incoco strips yesterday! I'm just loving these things! They are so easy to apply and last for days! The ones I chose to use this time were the Staccato design. This design is just a light silver base with black polka dots.

Sage Clothing Store!

Hey everyone!

Today I have a review of Sage Clothing to share with you all! Sage Clothing is a woman's fashion store based out of Atlanta that has an online shop. Sage Clothing's mission is to provide the "hottest fashion finds at an affordable price."

After looking through the Sage Clothing website, I really like it! Their site is really clean cut and organized, which makes looking for specific items really easy. They also have a wide selection of products.

I found a huge number of things that I would love to wear on this site. My only problem is that their prices, in my opinoin, are very expensive, and I don't believe their products are being offered at an "affordable price" like their mission statement says. Some examples of the high prices are: a pair of gloves for $20, a mini skirt for $58, and a sleeveless dress for $90.

I don't know much about the brands that their products come from or the quality, so maybe the prices are justified. I just find it hard to pay these amounts for products that I'm buying online. If I had went into their store in Atlanta and had fallen in love with one of the products, maybe I would consider purchasing. I looked on their website for a return policy, and I could not find one.

What do you guys think? Would you be willing to pay these prices for clothing you're buying online?

Nicole by OPI For Gold Times Sake

Hey everyone!

Today I have some swatches of Nicole by OPI's For Gold Times Sake to share with you all! This one is part of Nicole by OPI's Fall 2012 collection that is exclusive to Target stores.

This polish is so pretty! I would describe this polish as an olive green foil base with gold, purple, and blue glitter. It has a ton of dimension, which made it very difficult to photograph.

I didn't have any problems with the formula, so this applied great. I love Nicole by OPI's wide brushes! They make applying these thicker glitter polishes so much easier! I used three coats!

Milani Infinite Liquid Eye Liner

Hey everyone!

Yay, it's finally Friday!!! I hope you've all had a good week! Today I have a review of the Milani Infinity Liquid Eye Liner in Everlast to share with you all!

This eye liner is amazing! It's an extremely black color that is awesome when trying to create a dramatic look. This has a very fine brush that makes it really easy to apply as well. This is smudge proof and water resistant. (I wore this last week when it was raining, and when I went into the bathroom expecting to have to fix my makeup, and this still looked perfect!)

Here's a swatch of the color:

What's your favorite Milani product?
Have a great weekend!!!

October Favorites!

Hey everyone!

I'm trying something new and will be making a post every month sharing my favorite products from the previous month! This post could include nail polishes, makeup products, hair products, etc. I always love hearing what products other people use and would recommend, so I figured this would be something you all might be interested in!

Here are my favorites from October:

Bare Minerals Eyeshadow in Bahamas
This is a beautiful dark pink shimmer eyeshadow. To be honest, I have way more eye shadows than the normal person. Typically, I'll pick different shadows each day when I'm getting ready, but for some reason this past month I used this one almost everyday. I just really like the color and think it works well with whatever eye look I'm going for.
Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner in Damsel
I received this Stila eye liner in a eyeshadow palette I purchased over the summer, and I just recently starting using it this past month. This is a dark brown color, so it's looked awesome with my fall makeup looks. The staying power for this is great! I can put it on in the morning, and by the time I come home from work at night, it looks like it was just applied!

Aussie Aussome Volume Hairspray
This is probably the greatest smelling hair spray I've ever used! This also works really well and holds great, so this is an everyday item for me.
Pond's Dry Skin Cream
Since it's been getting colder out, my skin's been a little dry. This cream is extremely moisturizing and has a great light scent to it. I put some of this on my face and my arms before I go to sleep. It hydrates my skin, but doesn't make me break out, so I love it!
Milani Illuminating Face Powder in Amber Nectar
I love to use this as a blush now that it's fall, since it's a bit darker of a shade than what I would normally use during the warmer months. I wrote a review on this awhile ago, so if you want to check it out, you can here.
Bare Minerals Hydrating Mineral Veil
I use Bare Minerals Foundation, and while I used to use Mineral Veil everytime I did my makeup, I stopped this past summer. I recently just starting using it again, and I'm loving it! This gives my face a nice glow and keeps it hydrated!
Lorac Blush in Rose
This blush is a light pink color that I really like to use on days when I don't wear a ton of makeup and am going for a more natural look!

Aveeno Pure Renewal Dry Shampoo
I have naturally curly hair, and recently just started straightening it everyday. Due to using a hair straightener regularly, my hair has gotten a little dry, and it's really not good for me to shampoo it everyday. On the days that I don't wash my hair, I spray some of this on to give my hair a fresh look!
