Today, I have some swatches of Essie's To Buy Or Not To Buy to share with you all! The name of this polish is actually kind of funny since I debated about whether or not to buy this during three different trips to Target before I finally decided it was worth it.
To Buy Or Not To Buy is a beautiful lavendar color with micro glitter flecks in it when it's in the bottle, but unfortunately when on the nail, it just looks like a light purple cream. Like most Essie's the formula for this one was a little thin, so I ended up having to use three coats.
