Deborah Lippmann Across the Universe

Hey everyone!

I hope you all had a fantastic Easter! Today, I wore Deborah Lippmann's Across the Universe. Across the Universe is an navy blue jelly with small dark blue glitter and medium sized green and light blue hexagon shaped glitter. Since this has a jelly base, this polish is really difficult to get opaque without having way too much glitter, so I ended up layering this over China Glaze's Calypso Blue. Check it out:

  3. I didn't like this polish on my nails :( I got really bored of it after a day or two so it was a major disappointment for me. It looks lovely on your nails though!

    1. That happens to me a lot with full coverage glitters now. I find new ways to wear glitters than all over a fully covered nail - sponging some on, on the tips only, wearing a totally different base shade under it and using a really light bit on the brush of the glitter over that. All those tips kep me much more interested in my glitters. I think my days of wearing a full opaque glitter are gone (least for now). So I understand just what you mean.
