Glitter French Manicure

Hey everyone!

Tonight, I have a glitter french manicure to show you all. I actually wore this on my nails a couple of weeks ago, and for some reason never got a chance to post it until now. For this look, I used China Glaze’s Urban Night and In The City. I already posted swatches of these polishes back in August that you can view here. (Just a fair warning--Those pictures were taken right around the time when I started blogging, so the quality of them isn’t the greastest) In order to assure that the line along the glitter was straight, I just used some tape. This was super easy to do, and I think this looks really pretty. I will definitely be wearing something like this on my nails again! Here are some pictures:

  3. I have been doing the glitter French's for a time now. I like to use not only glitters but the Stripe Rite polishes sold at Sally's...the metalics look amazing for a stripe at the tips. Right now I have on my toes, OPI - DS Royal (a zillion coats to make it opaque - next time will use a base coat to save on my precious Royal) with Stripe Rite Rose (metallic). The rose pulls out the pink that is in the Royal duochrome. It's pretty darn amazing!

  4. Forgot to add - this kind of strip along the tips is great for those of us not into major art nails or cannot do them. Many businesses don't allow nail art but will allow this. Looks really good - you did a great job - nice and even.
